Privacy Policy — Ynak

Ynak ("the App") helps you analyse your own chat conversations and get communication insights. This policy explains what data we process and why.

What we collect

• Account data: your email address (for sign-in), managed by Supabase.
• Chat content you provide: exported chat files or screenshots you choose to analyse. From screenshots we extract text via AI.

How we use it

The chat content you submit is sent to our server and to the OpenAI API solely to generate the analysis you requested, then returned to you. Basic statistics are computed on your device. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Third parties

• OpenAI — processes the submitted text/images to produce the analysis. Per OpenAI's API terms, data is not used to train their models and is retained only briefly for abuse monitoring.
• Supabase — stores your account (email) and subscription status.

Data retention

Analysis jobs are processed in memory and removed shortly after completion; we do not keep your conversations on our servers. Your account record remains until you delete it.

Deleting your data

You can permanently delete your account and associated data at any time from the App: Account → Delete account. To request deletion by email, contact us at support@ynak.app.

Security

All network traffic uses HTTPS. Your conversations are not stored on our servers after analysis.

Children

The App is not directed to children under 13.
